What to expect:
- Friendly – When you contact Edmonton Junk Removal & Garbage Bin Rentals, you will be greeted by a friendly junk removal specialist who will ask you about your needs (full service or bin rental).
- Once we have gathered all the relevant information, you will be provided with a flat rate estimate.
- If you are happy with the estimate, you can book your appointment.
- On time: For your appointment, you will be given a 2 hour window for our crew to arrive. You will receive a call/text 30 minutes prior to our arrival.
- Please ensure you are available for the notification, as we cannot dispatch a crew without reaching you.
- To receive a curbside discount, please ensure all of your junk is ready to go outside your home where our crew can have access (driveway, alley, garage, back yard, etc), before your appointment.
- If you are renting a bin, please ensure all vehicles are removed from the driveway (or other agreed upon parking area), and no obstructions are blocking the area.
- Keeping items out of landfills whenever possible. We recycle as much waste as we can.
